TOEKNEE & ARMSTRONG

Video thumbnail. Click to play

This is my first successful animated short ever. I had the idea of two handicapped basketball players back in high school when I used to play basketball every single day of my life. The idea of watching a guy with no arms trying to score made me laugh and the idea stuck with me all the way through graduate school. I had other classes to worry about so this animation took about 8 months to complete. It was finished June 2004, and it helped me get my first real job as a character animator. It's hard for me to watch it now knowing how far my skills have grown since then but at the time, it was a huge accomplishment. I just wish I had made it funnier.
